Services and Deliverables

Our naming and branding services are provided on a project basis as outlined in individual service agreements. All deliverables, timelines, and pricing are subject to the terms specified in your project proposal and contract.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All names and creative work developed during our engagement remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is formally transferred as outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the website or using our services in the twelve months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
