If you request physical copies of deliverables (such as printed reports or presentation materials), shipping costs for these items are non-refundable once the items have been shipped.

Non-Refundable Items

Completed and accepted deliverables
Work completed after project milestones have been approved
Deposits for projects where work has commenced
Third-party fees (domain registration, trademark filing, etc.) that have been paid on your behalf

If you cancel after work has begun, you will receive all work completed to date, but ownership rights remain with Scentedylight until full payment is received.

You receive full ownership rights to the selected name(s)
We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Unused name concepts remain our property and may be adapted for future projects

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project outcome, clients are responsible for:

Providing timely and complete information during discovery
Responding to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
Attending scheduled review meetings
Making payments according to the agreed schedule
Conducting their own comprehensive trademark searches before final selection
