Return Conditions

Returns or refunds for completed services are subject to the following conditions:

As our services are digital and delivered electronically, there are no physical products to return and therefore no return shipping costs apply.

If you request physical copies of deliverables (such as printed reports or presentation materials), shipping costs for these items are non-refundable once the items have been shipped.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed and accepted deliverables
  • Work completed after project milestones have been approved
  • Deposits for projects where work has commenced
  • Third-party fees (domain registration, trademark filing, etc.) that have been paid on your behalf
  • Rush or expedited service fees

If you cancel after work has begun, you will receive all work completed to date, but ownership rights remain with Scentedylight until full payment is received.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while bank transfers may take up to 14 business days.

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us immediately with your transaction reference number.

All creative work, research, and materials developed during our engagement remain the intellectual property of Scentedylight until final payment is received. Upon full payment:

  • You receive full ownership rights to the selected name(s)
  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
  • Unused name concepts remain our property and may be adapted for future projects

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project outcome, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely and complete information during discovery
  • Responding to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Attending scheduled review meetings
  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Conducting their own comprehensive trademark searches before final selection

Service Limitations

Our services do not include:

  • Logo design or visual identity development (unless specifically contracted)
